Lead the Growth of One of the Midwest's Fastest-Growing Ford Commercial Operations

As part of the Bob Loquercio Auto Group family, Ford of Peoria is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for an experienced Commercial Fleet & Truck Manager to lead and expand our Commercial Vehicle Department.

What You'll Do

As our Commercial Fleet & Truck Manager, you'll be responsible for the continued growth and success of Ford of Peoria's commercial business by developing new opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Commercial Fleet & Truck Department.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, government agencies, and commercial fleet customers.
  • Generate new business through networking, prospecting, referrals, community involvement, and outside sales efforts.
  • Expand and retain commercial fleet accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with dealership leadership to develop inventory strategies that meet commercial market demand.
  • Guide customers through the entire commercial sales process, from vehicle selection and ordering to delivery and follow-up.
  • Utilize Ford Pro, Ford Commercial Vehicle programs, fleet incentives, financing solutions, and leasing options to maximize customer value.
  • Coordinate with upfit manufacturers, body companies, and commercial equipment vendors to deliver customized fleet solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Finance, Parts, and Service Departments to create a seamless ownership experience.
  • Achieve and exceed department goals related to sales volume, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share.
  • Stay informed on commercial vehicle trends, competitive products, and Ford commercial initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in commercial truck sales, fleet sales, commercial account management, or commercial automotive sales.
  • Ford Commercial or Ford Pro experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven success developing long-term business relationships and commercial accounts.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience with dealership CRM and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
