Job DescriptionJob Summary:Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and manage field operations for large commercial/industrial construction projects. The Superintendent will oversee subcontractors, safety, quality, scheduling, and daily site activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily construction site operations and field personnel.
- Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and contract requirements.
- Coordinate site logistics, inspections, testing, and subcontractor activities.
- Work closely with the Project Manager on schedules and project execution.
- Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and project records.
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues quickly.
- Manage punch list and project closeout.
Requirements:- 10+ years of construction experience.
- Strong commercial/industrial construction background.
- Experience with sitework and tilt-up construction preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety.
- Experience leading field operations and subcontractors.
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA knowledge required.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required.
