Job DescriptionKen's Gutters is hiring a Commercial Account Representative to join our growing inside sales team in the Tampa Bay area.
This is a sales role designed for strong communicators - especially those with customer service, hospitality, or call center experience - who want to build a career in sales and earn serious money. We provide training, warm leads, and a clear sales process.
Compensation & Earnings- Base pay: $25 per hour
- Commission: Performance-based, uncapped
- On target earnings: $120,000 per year
What You'll Do- Sell commercial gutter cleaning and maintenance services
- Work with warm inbound and outbound leads only (no cold calling)
- Speak with property managers and maintenance professionals nationwide
- Build relationships and close service agreements
- Follow up on quotes, opportunities, and existing accounts
- Work closely with operations and scheduling teams
- Track activity, notes, and follow-ups in company systems
What We're Looking For- Strong communication and people skills
- Background in customer service, hospitality, call center, or inside sales
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and closing conversations
- Motivated by goals, performance, and commission
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required - we train
