What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
- 5-10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with a technical background including operator and production experience
- Proven expertise in SAP, Ariba, spend and cost analysis, and RFP processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze competitor data, conduct market research, and develop effective strategies
- Exceptional contract analysis, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing contracts using ERP systems
- Demonstrated independence, sound judgment, and adaptability in fast-paced settings
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of procurement principles, theories, and processes
- Experience with Oracle and Spotfire platforms
- Prior involvement in vendor evaluation, prequalification, and performance management
- Experience with change management initiatives in a technical environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; additional certifications related to procurement or contract management are a plus
- Extensive experience working within oil and gas operations, particularly in operator and production roles
- Strong background with SAP/Ariba systems and contract lifecycle management

- Ability to work on a 9/80 schedule
