Job Title: Combatant Craft Assault/Medium/Heavy (CCA/CCM/CCH) Specialist Instructor
Job Location: Coronado, CA
Salary: $83K-$85K
Clearance: Secret
Travel: TBD

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  • Individual will professionally instruct the customer's personnel in accordance with established Curriculum, TTPs and TCSs; and resident knowledge as applicable per craft in coordination with this PWS.Develop and standardize training materials, training aids, planning processes, and training procedures.Provide subject matter expertise regarding Combat Craft maintenance, electrical and operational systems.Lead/assist maintenance systems integration efforts and assist in the design/develop/management/instruction of new curriculum and doctrine.
  • Provide professional instruction in design, operation, maintenance, and sustainment of CCA, CCM, and CCH engineering systems, electrical primary and auxiliary systems, hull integrity and other structural components. Components and systems include but are not limited to:

  • Provide subject matter expertise and assist government personnel in developing and maintaining the following: Maintenance Plans and Procedural TTPS and SOPS.
  • Perform duties as a CCA/CCM/CCH Technical Advisor.
  • Provide professional instruction in design, operation, maintenance, and sustainment of CCA, CCM, and CCH engineering systems, electrical primary and auxiliary systems, hull integrity and other structural components.
  • Train designated personnel in Basic Diesel Engine Fundamentals curriculum developed by the customer's Engineering Department.
  • Train designated personnel in Basic Electrical Fundamentals curriculum developed by the customer's Engineering Department.

Requirements:
General -
  • Possess a valid state driver's license.
  • Active SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior military experience preferred. If applicants are previous military personnel, they shall have received an honorable discharge from military service and have never lost applied specialization during military career.

Job Specific Knowledge and Experience
  • 5 years' minimum experience within the last ten years as a SBT Combatant Craft Maintenance Manager and/or Technician.
  • 5 years' experience as NAVY Instructor supporting or augmenting active-duty training cadre with subject matter expertise, echelon IV level combat systems integration efforts, scheduling/planning, classroom instruction, practical field training, final training exercises, troop movements, consumable supply management and performance as opposing forces (OP4.) as necessary.
