Responsibilities- Inspect vehicles and assess collision and body damage
- Prepare accurate and complete repair estimates using CCC One
- Communicate repair process, cost, and timelines to customers
- Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repair flow
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance standards
- Manage repair status and customer follow-up
- Contribute to cycle time efficiency and overall shop profitability
Qualifications- Prior experience as a Collision Estimator required
- Dealership or DRP experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures
- Proficiency with CCC One estimating software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High level of organization and urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
