We are looking for a Cold Mill Production Superintendent to join Kaiser Aluminum Warrick Operations in Newburgh, Indiana!Working in this integral leadership position, your key responsibilities are ensuring Environmental, Health, and Safety results, productivity improvements, employee development, maximizing the value of diversity, and customer delivery through implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, including Daily Management, TPM, 5S, etc. The Operations Superintendent will ensure consistent implementation and execution of policies and systems in order to guarantee customer (internal and external) expectations are met at the lowest cost and always with safety at the forefront of every activity.

About you:- A minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience with responsibility for labor issues within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a union environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business or other 4 year degree.
- Hands on experience in Lean Manufacturing, ISO, Six Sigma is a plus.
- Preferred experience in working knowledge of coil coating, coil slitting, metal rolling processes, environmental regulations, metal planning, and standards-based operating is desired.
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or process industry.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
