What You Will Do:- Utilize GD&T knowledge to create CMM inspection programs for the Module Center departments
- Support the CMM Programming team in ensuring product and process compliance by providing CMM Programming solutions per our quality procedural requirements
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement through use of CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence ) tools (benchmarking, RCCA {Root, Cause, Corrective, Action}, mistake proofing, etc.)
- Create standard work procedures for CMM, and non-contact inspection
- Drive product and process improvements that ensure Module Center's quality metric goals are met
- Foster and maintain a cooperative relationship with Module Center departments including other Quality and Manufacturing personnel.
Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years' of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing operations and/or engineering management or similar industrial environment; OR Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:- 2 years of experience CMM programming utilizing a mix of the CMM software packages: MODUS, CAMIO, CMM Manager
- Metrology, concentration preferred
- Expert knowledge of GD&T drawing interpretation, and implementation of measuring systems
- Programming in Python or VBS preferred
- Experience with non-contact dimensional inspection equipment and programming such as Nikon I-NEXIV, SLK-25 LK Laser, Renishaw RVP
- Strong statistical and analytical skills. Understand Design of Experiments, SPC, and Gage R&R
- Experience in manufacturing or quality in the aerospace industry
- Knowledge of aerospace industry quality standards and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of ASME Y 14.5-1994 and ASME Y 14.5-2018.
- Excellent priority management skills.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SPC) for measurement data interpretation.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
