Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer
The Opportunity:

You9ll closely collaborate with fellow Cloud architects and engineers specializing in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support, deploy, and optimize Cloud solution components. You9ll have the chance to work within a DevOps framework to manage and deploy container applications and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission. With access to our internal AWS labs, you9ll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our clients9 problems, and you9ll partner with stakeholders and your team to deliver the right technical solutions. You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting operations and maintenance for secure DoD information management systems
  • Experience with Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces
  • Experience with scripting languages, including Bash, Ansible, or YAML
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services
  • Experience hardening government systems following STIG requirements
  • Experience with the Windows Operating System and Active Directory
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as necessary
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of start date

  • Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual9s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen9s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
