Your Next Career Opportunity - Senior Cloud, AI & DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cloud and AI professional to join our innovative team. This role blends cloud infrastructure administration with AI agent development, driving the architectural design, deployment, and lifecycle management of intelligent solutions built on Microsoft technologies. The position will focus equally on developing AI-driven conversational agents & automation tools using a modern technology stack, managing and optimizing the development and deployment lifecycle and on managing, securing, and optimizing Azure cloud and mobility environments. This role collaborates closely with AI, Data Analytics, Security, Compliance, and Application Development teams to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with company standards. Furthermore, this role acts as a bridge between technical departments (Data, Security, and Ops), ensuring that AI initiatives are functional and architecturally sound for enterprise requirements.

What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities

AI Agent Development
  • Design and develop AI-driven conversational agents & automation tools using Microsoft technologies and modern programming frameworks/languages (Python, FastAPI, React, Bun, NodeJS etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement AI-enabled features and solutions.
  • Continuously improve the performance, accuracy, and capabilities of AI agents & automation tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AI solution issues to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Own the development and maintenance of applications supporting AI-enabled business processes.
  • Develop AI agents & automation tools that integrate with traditional .Net applications, including C# and ASP.NET environments.
  • Stay current with advancements in state of the art AI technologies, methodologies and related Microsoft AI services.
  • Engineer resilient AI workflows and establish monitoring frameworks for agent performance.

Cloud Administration / Development Operations
  • Manage and administer Azure cloud environments, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement and maintain Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure SQL Databases, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and Load Balancers.
  • Configure and optimize Azure resources for performance, cost efficiency, and security.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune MDM and Azure SSO configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Create and maintain application access using Service Principals and Key Vault resources.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices, including identity management, network security, encryption, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to maintain audit logging and regulatory controls.
  • Administer Azure Databricks clusters and support data platform reliability.
  • Monitor Azure costs and usage, identifying and implementing cost optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage applications in Azure environments.
  • Implement and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support Azure migrations and upgrades in coordination with other IT teams.

What You'll Need - Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience administering Azure cloud and Microsoft enterprise environments or equivalent experience with another cloud provider.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Large Language Models, Traditional ML models and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong experience with Azure services including Azure AD, Networking, Security Center, Monitor, and Resource Manager.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio, chatbot frameworks, and APIs.
  • Working knowledge of traditional .Net development environments (C#, ASP.NET).
  • Experience with Intune MDM, Azure SSO, and identity management.
  • Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with GitHub & Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and cost management practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a corporate IT environment preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of implementing and maintaining DevOps best practices for modern software development lifecycles.
  • Experience architecting and maintaining cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling.
  • Leading small, agile software development teams for quick iteration and feature improvement.
  • Ability to regularly interface with and interpret requirements from both internal and external stakeholders.
