Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, family therapy, or related clinical field.
• Independent practice level license preferred (LICSW); LCSW and LMHC also acceptable.
• Minimum of two years of clinical work experience.
• Credentialed or eligible for credentialing as Qualified Mental Health Professional within 2 months of employment.
• Knowledge of hospitalization, crisis stabilization, and diversion resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a positive outlook on change.
• Flexibility in scheduling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and families.
• Deliver comprehensive mental health services across various settings.
• Maintain and manage client records effectively.
• Coordinate team services in compliance with recovery plans.
• Demonstrate innovative crisis intervention and management skills.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to offer a range of interventions.
• Conduct evaluations and assist in formulating recovery goals and strategies.
