Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Required state certification and licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) based on location.
• Experience in behavioral health services and direct patient care required.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Awareness of community resources and crisis intervention strategies.
• Preferred dual licensure in substance abuse counseling for respective states (SAC, CSAC, CADC).
• Preferred TACT Level 2 certification and CPR/BLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial assessments and collaborate on treatment plans with patients.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments before initiating therapy.
• Deliver behavioral health care based on evaluation and treatment plans.
• Engage in treatment relationships with patients, individually or in groups.
• Provide crisis assessments and intervention when necessary.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, therapists, and community agencies.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records in compliance with system guidelines.
