YOUR DAY-TO-DAYAs a Clinical Team Manager, you'll be the backbone of a high-performing mobile dental team-consisting of a Dentist or Hygienist and a Dental Assistant-delivering care directly to patients in their homes or care facilities. Just like an office manager in a traditional practice, you'll be responsible for seamless operations, top-tier patient experiences, and ensuring compliance, all while managing scheduling and stakeholder interactions.

RequirementsEducation & Experience:
- 5+ years of dental experience
- Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification (a plus)
- Clinical chairside assisting experience (a plus)
- Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus)
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional communication & organizational skills
- World-class customer service - comfortable interacting with patients, power of attorneys, and facility managers

Job Requirements:- Travel daily with your team to patient locations
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)
- Ability to step in and assist the doctor chairside as needed Manage the success of the day and willing to support the team clinically as state regulations allow
- Able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
- Must be able to drive a company van, hold a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive base salary ranging from $72,800.00 - $87,360.00 per year plus 20% Quarterly bonus
