Soar Therapy & Integrated Wellness is looking for an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and Virginia Board-Approved Supervisor who loves clinical work and also finds meaning in developing other therapists.
This is an opportunity to step into clinical leadership without giving up the work you enjoy with clients. You'll maintain an active clinical caseload while supervising Residents in Counseling, facilitating case consultation, supporting clinical quality, and partnering with our Clinical Director to help clinicians grow.

Schedule
