Pay Range:

The base pay range for this position is

$41.09-$65.50 Hourly

however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Work Schedule for this Position: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Practice Manager, the Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This position functions as an integral member of the clinic leadership team. The supervisor focuses on patient, provider and caregiver satisfaction to ensure a high level of quality healthcare. Ensures compliance with established clinical policies and procedures as well as regulatory agencies. Participates in PRH-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested.

A Day in the Life:

  • Provide leadership and direction to department team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the department and organization.
  • Implement departmental and organizational strategies.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet project and operational requirements.
  • Manage staffing levels and recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • Address job performance and behavioral issues promptly and appropriately, including regular 1:1 meeting with team members.
  • Foster strong communication, collaboration, and coordination between departments.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the department and across the organization.
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Keep team members informed about organizational goals, objectives, and change.
  • Identify and resolve issues and challenges that may impact team performance.
  • Implement solutions to improve processes and workflows.
  • Facilitate team-based care with physicians and APCs.

About You!

This Job is For You if You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • BLS.
  • One year of direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • Experience in delegation of responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform the required technical skills for a clinical staff member within the specialty and surgical clinics.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology.
  • Initiates and participates in activities that enhance daily operations of the clinic and organization.
  • Ability to manage time, tasks, and resources appropriately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with colleagues, patients, providers, and customers.
  • Strong typing skills.
