Overview- The Clinical Specialty Pharmacist will serve to deliver exceptional customer experiences to patients and providers with an emphasis on clinical outcomes, national accreditation, and pharmaceutical excellence. The Clinical Specialty Pharmacist performs clinical oversight in accordance with external accrediting partner guidelines, provides guidance for clinical operational aspects including clinical decision making, and trains and oversees staff in the specialty area.
SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:This position is a designated as "Safety Sensitive Position" under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services.
QualificationsLicensed as a current pharmacist in active, good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy, required (with no restrictions)
Proof of the highest level of pharmacy education achieved, required
One year of post-graduate patient care experience, required
