Clinical Solution Consultant – General Imaging Ultrasound (Kansas)

Job Description

In this role you will make life better supporting Pre and Post Sales Clinical Applications for General Imaging. The General Imaging (GI) Ultrasound Clinical Solution Consultant will be key in interfacing between Philips and our customers. This position will represent the company and products while continually providing total solutions to customer needs. No two days are the same. One day you may be delivering a custom-made educational/training program at a major teaching hospital, the next day you could be supporting the regional sales team by applying your clinical expertise to the pre-sales process for a major proposal.

Your role:

  • Serve as a clinical liaison to General Imaging Ultrasound customers, while working closely with the Account Managers, as well as other local team members, during multiple phases of the sales and implementation processes.
  • Assess customer's configuration requirements and education needs; plan and deliver equipment and application training; apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Schedule and perform demonstrations as required to support assigned geography and implement system installation customer training while completing required checklists.
  • Position yourself as a consultant to both internal and external customers, communicating regularly with local, zone, and management teams.
  • Generate leads, cover tradeshows as assigned, and effectively support installed base while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of radiology experience as an ARDMS. Sales, teaching/in-service experience, RVT, OB/GYN, MSK, Breast, Pediatric and AB registries, preferred.
  • Your skills include in depth knowledge in General Imaging and Vascular Ultrasound environment.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re an excellent communicator who is collaborative, customer centric, team oriented, and an independent self-starter.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role. Must be willing to travel including overnights. (75%)

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $132,000 to $150,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found .
