CLINICAL SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISOR

We are excited to invite a passionate and experienced Clinical Social Work Supervisor to join our team! Homes for the Homeless (HFH) is searching for an experienced Clinical Social Work Supervisor for our Families w/ Children facility in Staten Island. As the Clinical Social Work Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by providing expertise and advice for the successful operations for our family shelter. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious social work professional who has demonstrated experience helping create and sustain new programs and is looking to shape our growing program of Client Care Coordinators. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide clinical oversight for a team of LMSWs in accordance with the New York State Law and regulations.
• Supervise, coach and offer professional development to LMSWs.
• Consult with team members on tasks related to mental health service delivery for families experiencing homelessness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New York.
• At least five years of supervisory experience and a minimum of two years of experience with families, preferably with a homeless population.
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• SIFI verification preferred.
