Full Job Description
The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic neurology Sales Specialist to help us find new neurology clients and deploy our newly developed neurology care pathway. You will sell Viz.ai enterprise software in a fast-paced environment across multiple stakeholders, with a primary initial focus on large neurology groups and centers. The chosen candidate must demonstrate sales success, strategic thinking, and execution excellence. This individual should have a proven track record in medical device or healthcare software sales, and must be highly organized, collaborative, and energetic. The role requires confidence and competence in working with neurologists, hospital executives (service-line and C-suite), and other key stakeholders within complex healthcare systems.
You Will:

  • Execute key sales strategies to drive adoption of Viz.ai's neurology solutions within assigned territories, including hospitals, neurology service lines, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Viz.ai's neurology-focused products.
  • Partner with clinical, marketing, and product teams to convey customer feedback and market insights, helping shape product development and positioning.
  • Leverage clinical data and outcomes studies to educate stakeholders on workflow inefficiencies and patient care improvements enabled by Viz.ai's pulmonology platform.
  • Deliver expert presentations and provide technical support for the on-label use of Viz.ai neurology products.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers, Area Directors, Clinical product owners, and Marketing to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns for pulmonology service lines.
Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., RN, RT, EMT, or related field) preferred.
  • 3+ years of consultative, quota-based selling experience in neurology healthcare software or medical devices.
  • Proven, consistent track record of exceeding sales targets (President's Club or equivalent top-performer recognition).
  • Demonstrated success selling across multiple customer stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and C-suite executives.
  • Experience developing and expanding new markets, driving adoption of novel clinical technologies, and executing go-to-market strategies with measurable results.
  • Background in neurology strongly preferred.
  • Available and willing to travel up to 50%, including occasional evenings and weekends.
