About The Team

The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) reports to the Clinical Sales Manager/Director and is responsible for driving revenue growth, procedural excellence, and program expansion within assigned accounts in their territory.

This is a quota-carrying, outside sales role. The CSA is accountable for increasing system utilization, expanding disposable revenue, and supporting capital pull-through by developing clinical champions and accelerating physician proficiency.

The CSA operates as a developing territory leader - owning defined accounts or segments while partnering with senior commercial teammates on broader strategy.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Drive utilization and disposable revenue growth across assigned accounts.
  • Carry and deliver against defined territory or account-level sales targets.
  • Provide hands-on procedural support to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and strong customer experience.
  • Lead physician and staff training to accelerate pathway-to-proficiency and increase case volume.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and actively advance them.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of procedure pipeline and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct structured account reviews and track performance against revenue objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Capital Sales, Marketing, and Medical Education to support program expansion.
  • Build clinical champions who influence broader hospital stakeholders.

Scope & Expectations:
  • Owns revenue targets for assigned accounts or sub-territory.
  • Operates with increasing independence while still aligned to territory strategy set with manager.
  • Focused on execution, adoption acceleration, and growth within established programs.
  • Expected to maintain strong weekly field presence (4-5 days/week).

About You, Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical, sales support, or healthcare field role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity managing and forecasting procedure and disposable pipeline with the aid of a CRM.
  • Comfortable working in hospital environments and supporting live procedures.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75%.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record.

About You, Preferred
  • Experience selling highly technical, disruptive medical technology.
  • Experience with pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology, and endoscopy procedures and call points.
  • Experience differentiating a technical product in a highly competitive environment.
  • Exposure to program launches or training programs.
  • Early stage/startup commercial experience.
  • CRM and data tracking experience.
