Position Summary:

The Clinical Resource Nurse is a Registered Nurse who supports a collaborative, team-based approach to care within a community health center setting. This role focuses on strengthening nursing practice through staff education, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives, with the goal of delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care to a diverse patient population.

Working closely with nursing, medical, and administrative leadership, the Clinical Resource Nurse helps ensure that care delivery aligns with regulatory standards while remaining grounded in the health center’s mission to improve access, equity, and patient outcomes. This position reports to the Nurse Manager and works in close partnership with nursing, medical, and administrative leadership to support high-quality, accessible care for the community.
