Qualifications

• At least seven years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Minimum of seven years nursing or relevant clinical experience required, preferably in the ambulatory setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field highly desirable.
• Must demonstrate effective interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Current RN licensure in MA and/or RI is required.
• Certification in Ambulatory Nursing is desirable.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of assigned practice(s) in alignment with strategic organizational vision.
• Provide direct supervision to assigned personnel and oversee practice workflows.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practice standards.
• Implement, monitor, and lead performance improvement plans for clinical practices.
• Address quality and patient safety concerns through systematic follow-up.
• Collaborate with training staff to onboard and assess competency of clinical personnel.
• Promote an operational environment that ensures safe and high-quality patient care.
