Job DescriptionThe Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high-quality care to patients.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or
- PharmD in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
- Within 2 years of hire: Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties.
- 2 years Senior Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist experience within relevant practice setting or
- 5 years of Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of experience in relevant setting in lieu of PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:- Coursework/Training: Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two (PGY-2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience or equivalent education/experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
