The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will collaborate with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive, high-quality care to patients.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or
    • PharmD in PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
  • Within 2 years of hire: Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties.
  • 2 years Senior Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist experience within relevant practice setting or
    • 5 years of Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of experience in relevant setting in lieu of PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coursework/Training: Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two (PGY-2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience or equivalent education/experience.
