Work Schedule:
100% FTE, day shift. Monday through Friday with hours varying between the hours of 6:00AM - 5:00PM. Weekend rotation every 6-7 weeks: Saturday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. You will work at the Pharmacy Services Building in Middleton, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Specialty Pharmacy Onsite to:
  • Be responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing of specialty medication within a warehouse-based pharmacy operation
  • Management of Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) program requirements, overseeing fulfillment of specialty medications for bleeding disorders, triaging medication orders from call center
  • Work collaboratively with other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure timely medication access while maintaining regulatory compliance and the highest standards of patient safety


Qualifications
