Job DescriptionThe Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
Required Qualifications:- PharmD in Pharmacy Doctorate or
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered.
- Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable.
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:- 1 year Acute Care Hospital Pharmacy experience or equivalent experience.
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
