Job DescriptionClinical Pharmacist - Pharmacy at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is full-time and will work 10-hour, variable shifts.
The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
Required Qualifications:- PharmD in Pharmacy Doctorate or
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered.
- Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable.
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:- 1 year Acute Care Hospital Pharmacy experience or equivalent experience.
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
