Description:
Could you be our next Clinical Pharmacist at Lankenau Medical Center?

Position: Clinical Pharmacist
Shift: Day shift, weekend and holiday is based on department needs

Experience:
1. Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience with a Pharm.D. degree.
2. Hospital pharmacy experience includes IV admixtures, automated distribution functions, and clinical counseling.
3. Satisfactory completion of two of the following, as assessed by Clinical Coordinator or Pharmacy Manager:
4. Drug information newsletter article, P&T drug monograph, formulary class review, clerkship preceptorship, drug information lecture or another equivalent project.
5. Work history with good to excellent record in organization, accuracy, quality and quantity of work and attendance is required.

Education:
1. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
2. Clinical clerkships, residencies and specialties in hospital-oriented environments preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. A current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required.
2. Recent graduates and pharmacists eligible for reciprocity will be considered as long as licensure is complete before the end of the 90-day probationary period.
