Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Clinical Nutrition Manager/ Director who shares our passion for Clinical Nutrition, unprecedented Patient Experience. Must be Registered Dietitian with AMAZING leadership skills.
This is a prominent opportunity in our Healthcare Division and requires a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a Registered Clinical Dietitian who has a strong leadership background and experienced in the managerial oversite of the Clinical Nutrition Program. Experience managing a team in a large and fast-paced hospital setting required.
Our System Leader will have amazing communication skills, with a sincere and apparent Patient Experience mindset and have the ability to lead a team of Registered Dietitians ensuring the Metz Culinary Management Vision and Values are present in all interactions. CNM must have a Strong background in patient education with knowledge of EMR systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS Degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics
- Registered Dietitian
- 3 years in a Leadership role
- Current Licensed RD
- Experience in a Contract Dining facility setting
- Electronic Medical Records
- Nutrition Education
