Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to lead clinical nutrition services at Grandview Medical Center, a growing acute-care hospital and Level III Trauma Center in Birmingham.
This is more than a traditional clinical dietitian position. As Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will lead and develop a team of nutrition professionals, advance evidence-based clinical practices, contribute to quality and patient-experience initiatives, and collaborate directly with hospital and food-service leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical nutrition team
- Establish priorities and ensure consistent, evidence-based nutrition care
- Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Advance quality-improvement, regulatory, and patient-experience initiatives
- Partner with food-service leadership on menus, formularies, clinical standards, and patient satisfaction
- Educate patients, families, hospital staff, and community members
- Support staff development, onboarding, training, and dietetic internship experiences when applicableHelp identify and implement innovative approaches to improve nutrition outcomes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential
- At least two years of professional experience
- State licensure or willingness to obtain required licensure
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, clinical, and organizational skills
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
- A genuine interest in developing people and improving patient care
