Full Job Description
Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Clinical Nurse Educators team. In this role, you will develop and deliver high-quality clinical education programs that support safe, competent, and consistent patient care across the organization. The Clinical Nurse Educator partners closely with clinic leaders and clinical teams to identify learning needs, provide onboarding and ongoing training, support clinical best practices, and help ensure compliance with regulatory standards, scope of practice requirements, quality initiatives, and infection control guidelines. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys teaching, mentoring, improving workflows, and supporting the professional growth of clinical staff in a collaborative ambulatory care environment.

Location: Evergreen Administration (13898 NE 28th Street - Vancouver, WA 98682) - potential for off-site work available after successful completion of training*

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Hiring range generally between $89,798.00 annually to $112,215.46 annually, with placement within the range based on relevant experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.


  • Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.


  • Minimum of three years nursing experience preferred.


  • Clinical education and/or precepting experience preferred.


  • Experience in leading quality and safety initiatives.


  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.


  • Experience with Epic preferred but not required.


  • Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.


Additional details: *Clinical Nurse Educator has the potential for off-site work after successful completion of full-time, on-site training and meeting the requirements for working off-site. This requires an employee to live in the local Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area and have a secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps).

Pay Range:
$88,037.00 - $132,055.00
