Job Summary: Primary Care Clinical Manager

The Primary Care Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the Family Health Center (FHC) and Primary Care Plus practices within Ellis Medical Group. Working collaboratively with the Medical Director and Practice Director, this role is responsible for managing clinical and nursing staff, coordinating patient care delivery, optimizing workflow and patient flow, and ensuring compliance with organizational, regulatory, and quality standards.

The Clinical Manager oversees staffing, performance management, employee development, recruitment, onboarding, and quality improvement initiatives while fostering a patient-centered, team-oriented environment. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining efficient practice operations, supporting regulatory and accreditation requirements, addressing clinical concerns and patient complaints, and promoting effective communication among providers, staff, and community partners.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with ambulatory care experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care, staff development, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.
Key Qualifications
