Job Description Summary:

The Clinical Manager will be responsible for a regional portfolio including clinics in Grove City, Grandview, Doctor's Hospital and Dublin Methodist Hospital.

The Manager reports directly to the Director of Regional Operations and will collaborate with manager peers and partners to support the clinical operations in the assigned market for Employer Solutions. This may include (but not limited to) onsite clinics, WorkHealth, Associate Health, substance testing, fitness and wellness and business services. This position will collaborate with other Employer Solutions leaders on team strategy and goal deployment work. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to operationalize innovative, quality solutions that respond to our customers' needs (customers = employers, patients/employees).

Responsibilities And Duties:

50% - Oversight for clinical staff. Ensures adequate staffing to provide clinical services. Orients, trains, and develops staff. Performs annual evaluations and implements disciplinary action as needed. Implements strategies to improve or maintain culture and associate engagement. Facilitates clinical development and competencies for associates. Support the Electronic Medical Record as an administrative user, educating staff on use, creating and repairing electronic forms, troubleshooting, and running reports.

40% - Clinical Operations. Manages day-to-day operations of Employer Solutions Clinics. Develops policies and procedures in conjunction with the Medical Director, the Director, Advisor of Business Ops and key stakeholders. Leads process excellence and improvement initiatives. Collaborates with Advisor of Business Ops for improvement or maintenance of customer service results.

10% - This role will work directly with the business operations manager to facilitate and direct pertinent quality initiatives. These initiatives include, but are not limited to: patient safety, care outcome improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives. Ensures regulatory compliance, quality management, and implements quality improvement programs to ensure compliance with ODH, OSHA and JCAHO.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: Nursing

Additional Job Description:

Bachelors of Science in Nursing and active RN license

Five (5) years prior nursing experience in public health, occupational health, emergency, orthopedics and two (2) years prior supervisory experience.

Associates hired after 9/4/2022 must meet these minimum requirements.
