Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AP-5PM

Location: Lake Nona Outpatient Imaging 9975 Tavistock Lakes Blvd, Suite 120

  • Builds and maintains relationships across multiple disciplines to achieve common goals.
  • Ensures all regulatory standards are met and maintained.
  • Manages financial performance for assigned departments, achieving financial goals including efficiency improvement and supply management.
  • Hires, orients, evaluates, and coaches staff in assigned departments.
  • Maintains high staff engagement as exhibited by employee engagement scores and staff retention rates.
  • Ensures exceptional patient experience in assigned areas as exhibited by the achievement of patient results.
  • Supports the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans for all aspects of assigned department operations.
  • Improves quality by ensuring assigned departments deliver the right test to the right patient at the right time, as exhibited by on-time delivery of results and clinical quality measurement of imaging studies.
  • Ensures compliance with patient safety and quality deliverables.
  • Manages positive relationships within the Imaging department, interdepartmentally, with customers, and medical staff.
  • Provides clinical expertise to ensure efficient workflow in procedural settings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in a management/leadership role [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
  • Registered Technologist - Radiography RT(R)(ARRT) [Preferred]
  • American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) [Preferred]

$59,652.52 - $110,956.61
