Full Job Description

As a Clinical Manager you will lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions
  • Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization
  • Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence ased pathways and workforce models

Travel

  • Travel - as needed, varies by client needs and could be up to 80%

Qualifications:

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders
  • Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization
  • Exposure to EHRnabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
  • Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution
