Full Job Description
What You Will Do

  • Provide comprehensive care for patients with breast cancer in outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Participate in and lead clinical trials focused on breast oncology
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, genetics, and supportive care services
  • Develop and conduct clinical and translational research projects
  • Partner with internal and external investigators on innovative breast cancer research initiatives
  • Mentor and teach medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Contribute to the academic mission through scholarly activities, publications, and presentations
  • Help expand and strengthen one of the region's premier breast oncology programs


Required Qualifications

  • MD or MD/PhD from an accredited institution
  • Board Certification in Medical Oncology
  • Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Demonstrated expertise in breast oncology clinical care
  • Commitment to academic medicine, research, and teaching


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience participating in or leading clinical trials
  • Interest in translational and clinical research
  • Academic publications and scholarly activity
  • Experience teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Track record of multidisciplinary collaboration
