Description of Work
The primary purpose of the Program Analyst I position is to serve as the Clinical Informatics Specialist for Julian F. Keith ADATC. The Clinical Informatics Specialist provides independent consultation, technical assistance, and program/project administration for the Electronic Health Record. The Clinical Informatics Specialist will provide consultation to internal and external stakeholders, provide considerable analysis and interpretation of data and trends as it relates to the electronic health record, collaborate with other healthcare and information technology professionals to analyze, design, implement, and evaluate information technology systems that enhance individual and population health outcomes, improve patient care, and strengthen the clinician-patient relationship.

Recruitment Range: $60,881 to $106,544

  • Preference for two years of experience with Epic EHR.
  • Preference for certification as EPIC Clinical Trainer (CT)


About the Facility:

JFK is a 68-bed inpatient treatment facility designed to meet the needs of adults with substance use disorders from the 44 westernmost counties in North Carolina. The facility treats individuals with substance abuse and psychiatric diagnoses. JFK is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations as a Behavioral Health facility and certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as an inpatient psychiatric hospital.
