Role

As a Clinical Experience Manager at SmarterDx, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales and customer success initiatives, particularly in demonstrating and explaining our cutting-edge Revenue Cycle Management technology solutions to prospective clients in the healthcare sector. Your expertise as a clinician, combined with your in-depth knowledge of healthcare technology, will enable you to engage effectively with fellow clinicians, ensuring our solutions meet their specific needs and standards. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to our users, ensuring they fully understand and maximize the benefits of our platform. This is an opportunity to work on leading-edge technology in healthcare and help make a significant impact on the industry.

What You'll Do
  • Help hospitals and health systems understand how AI-powered CDI can improve documentation, boost revenue, and drive quality care.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to refine documentation workflows and help clients maximize their CDI programs.
  • Help design, implement, and refine comprehensive educational materials, guidelines, and curricula for CDI specialists, ensuring they can accurately review AI-driven query recommendations and maintain compliance standards.
  • Communicate directly with client CDI leaders to establish trust, address concerns, and demonstrate advanced knowledge of inpatient clinical documentation best practices

What You Bring

Compensation
  • $125,000 - $150,000 base salary
