The Role: Clinical DirectorAs Clinical Director, you'll guide both the medical quality of the hospital and the culture of the team. You'll work closely with our Hospital Manager to create a supportive, communicative, and growth-focused environment.

Equipment:Groveway Pet Hospital is a modern, well-equipped facility featuring:
- Diagnostic ultrasound (including AFAST)
- Digital x-ray
- Full in-house Idexx lab suite
- Comprehensive surgical capabilities including BOAS, enucleations, cystotomies, and advanced dentistry
What You Bring:- Bring 4+ years of clinical experience (mentorship or leadership experience is a plus)
- Have strong surgical and diagnostic chops, with particular interest in surgery, dentistry, or ultrasound
- Lead with confidence and compassion, and value open communication and healthy team dynamics
- Approach challenges with a growth mindset and collaborative spirit
