Clinical Director - Substance Use Services to provide clinical and operational leadership for our comprehensive addiction treatment continuum, including Residential (ASAM 3.5), PHP, IOP, Outpatient, and Recovery Housing programs.
What You'll Do- Lead and supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment across all substance use programs.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development.
- Monitor program quality, compliance, and accreditation standards.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and program growth.
- Foster a therapeutic community culture focused on accountability, recovery, and respect.
- Build collaborative relationships with community partners and referral sources.
QualificationsRequired- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Alaska clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or ability to obtain licensure.
- Five years of clinical behavioral health experience.
- Three years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience treating substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Preferred- Residential treatment leadership experience.
- Knowledge of ASAM Criteria, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and Medicaid behavioral health regulations.
- Experience with accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.
