Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health, or related fields.
• Knowledge of admissions, Utilization Review, and insurance payer processes.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and regulatory compliance.
• Budget management skills and experience with KPIs.
• Prior experience in eating disorder programs or similar residential settings is preferred.
• Understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices.
• Experience in employee selection and performance management is advantageous.
• Must possess a Master's degree in a clinical discipline and a valid New York clinical license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality clinical programming, maintaining continuous improvement and fiscal responsibility.
• Lead and mentor clinical therapists, aiding their interactions with insurance payers.
• Model healthy eating behaviors by participating in meals with clients and staff.
• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy when necessary.
• Involve in planned discharge and aftercare strategies with the treatment team.
• Provide safe, affirming support to clients from diverse backgrounds.
