Qualifications

• BCBA Certification with at least three years of experience.
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Prior supervisory experience with BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs preferred.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools like VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to mentor teams effectively.
• Passionate about ethical leadership and clinician development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the oversight of ABA programs to ensure quality care and ethical practices.
• Mentor and conduct skill development training for BCBAs.
• Collaborate with the Center Manager on staffing and clinical structure.
• Partner with interdisciplinary specialists for comprehensive care.
• Engage and strengthen relationships with caregivers through family guidance.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and maintain clinical integrity.
• Analyze metrics to improve patient outcomes and implement action plans.
