BCBA Certification with minimum three years of experience
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Experience in supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs preferred
Proficiency in ABA assessments like VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead Clinical Excellence: Provide direct oversight of ABA programs to our Avondale, Gardendale, and Hoover centers, ensuring quality care and ethical best practices.
Mentor & Support BCBAs: Conduct structured mentorship sessions, skill development training, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with Center Leadership: Work with the Center Manager to support onboarding, staffing, and clinical structure.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with OTs, SLPs, psychologists , and other specialists to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care .
Family Engagement: Strengthen caregiver relationships , conduct family guidance sessions, and drive treatment success.
Maintain Clinical Integrity: Ensure compliance with BACB standards and Hopebridge's quality benchmarks .
Track & Improve Performance: Utilize key clinical metrics to assess trends, implement action plans, and optimize patient outcomes .
