Description:
Seeking a Clinical Director to oversee a co-occurring Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient program for adolescents and young adults. This program serves high-acuity clients with complex mental health needs, often accompanied by co-occurring substance use disorders.

This program is looking for someone grounded, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent. The best fit for this role leads with humility, communicates clearly, and helps maintain a culture of accountability and mutual respect. Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision, managing staff, supporting program development, and collaborating with leadership.

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience post licensure. Must have leadership experience in high acuity, dual-diagnosis treatment program.

Salary: $132,500
