Description
Join Us as a Clinical Director in our Clifton EI Center!As Clinical Director, you will lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality services for children in their most critical developmental years. You'll serve as both a mentor and a visionary, supporting our talented BCBAs and behavior technicians while shaping evidence-based programming aligned with the unique needs of each child and family. You will be working closely with the Regional Clinical Director.
What You'll Do:- Clinical Leadership
- Oversee the development and fidelity of ABA programming across the center.
- Review and analyze clinical data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure quality care by supervising BCBAs and RBTs through observation, coaching, and feedback.
- Guide onboarding and development for all new clinical team members.
- Collaborate with the Center Administrator on daily operations.
- Supervision & Staff Development
- Provide regular, meaningful supervision to RBTs and BCBAs.
- Lead monthly BCBA meetings and foster a culture of learning and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with the BACB supervision and ethical standards.
- Collaboration & Family Engagement
- Partner with families, caregivers, and professionals to create individualized, consistent care plans.
- Participate and support in interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care with allied professionals.
- Maintain open, compassionate communication with families throughout the treatment journey.
What You'll Need- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, including staff supervision.
- Completion of BACB supervision training.
- Ability to meet physical demands of working with young children (e.g., bending, floor play, lifting up to 40 lbs).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Work Location & Hours:This is a full-time position out of our Clifton, NJ Early Intervention Center, and typical working hours are M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

CompensationThe expected salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000 per year.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
