As a clinic-based BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of children while providing direct on-site support to RBTs. Treatment is compassionate, child led and naturalistic. A rewarding part of your role will be collaboration with your fellow teammates! Our clinics are comprised of board-certified behavior analysts, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. This allows you the opportunity to work together to drive patient success. As a clinic director, you will work alongside the regional director and clinic directors of other Ivy locations for optimal personal leadership growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited program.

- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state, including completion of the required 8-hour supervision training.
- Preferred 4-6 years of post-certification experience as a BCBA, with demonstrated clinical leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams while fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality clinical services and achieving exceptional client outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated professional with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience overseeing clinical operations, caseload management, and performance outcomes across multiple clinicians.
- Demonstrated success in training, coaching, and supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
- Ability to partner effectively with executive leadership to drive clinical excellence, staff retention, and organizational growth.
