Clinic Director/Pediatric Board-CertifiedBehavior Analyst - Full Time

As a clinic-based BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of children while providing direct on-site support to RBTs. Treatment is compassionate, child led and naturalistic. A rewarding part of your role will be collaboration with your fellow teammates! Our clinics are comprised of board-certified behavior analysts, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. This allows you the opportunity to work together to drive patient success. As a clinic director, you will work alongside the regional director and clinic directors of other Ivy locations for optimal personal leadership growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited program.

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state, including completion of the required 8-hour supervision training.

Preferred 4-6 years of post-certification experience as a BCBA, with demonstrated clinical leadership and supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams while fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.

Commitment to delivering high-quality clinical services and achieving exceptional client outcomes.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail.

Self-motivated professional with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience overseeing clinical operations, caseload management, and performance outcomes across multiple clinicians.

Demonstrated success in training, coaching, and supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.

Ability to partner effectively with executive leadership to drive clinical excellence, staff retention, and organizational growth.
