Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of over 20 BCBAs and RBTs
  • Plan, oversee, and adapt ABA therapy for children aged 2-7
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Review session notes and RBT data, offering feedback and support
  • Build strong partnerships with client families and provide coaching
  • Lead staff interview processes and monthly team meetings
  • Ensure high clinical quality for all learners and staff
