Job Description

Clinical Applications Specialist - Xper Hemodynamics (Remote - 75% Travel requirement)

Help healthcare providers improve patient care by bridging the gap between clinical practice and information technology. In this customer-facing role, you'll partner with hospitals across North America to implement, optimize, and support Philips Xper Hemodynamics solutions that enhance clinical workflows and improve outcomes.

Your role:
  • Partner with clinicians, information technology teams, and hospital stakeholders to configure, implement, and optimize Philips Xper Hemodynamics solutions that support efficient clinical workflows and exceptional patient care.
  • Lead clinical workflow assessments, facilitate customer discussions, and provide expert guidance to ensure solutions align with each organization's clinical and operational goals.
  • Deliver advanced clinical education and hands-on training to healthcare professionals, helping customers maximize the value and functionality of Philips Xper Hemodynamics.
  • Troubleshoot moderately complex clinical application issues, provide implementation support, and gather customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams while staying current on emerging clinical practices and technologies. This role requires up to 85% travel throughout North America by air and automobile.

You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 3+ years of experience in clinical education, clinical practice, or a related role within a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab), Interventional Radiology (IR), or Electrophysiology (EP) environment, with at least 1 year of experience serving as a clinical software trainer or analyst.
  • Your skills include clinical workflow analysis, healthcare software implementation, customer training, troubleshooting, and proficiency with computer applications and clinical information systems. Experience with Philips Xper Hemodynamics is strongly preferred.
  • You have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field and hold an active Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Nurse (RN), or Registered Technologist in Radiography (RT(R)) certification.
  • You're a collaborative communicator who enjoys working directly with customers, is comfortable bridging clinical and technical environments, exercises sound independent judgment, and is excited to travel extensively to support healthcare organizations across North America.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is a field based role.
