Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology - NORWICH
Nurse Practitioner (APRN) / Physician Assistant - Electrophysiology Role Scope
• APRN/PA provides comprehensive care for adult cardiology patients in an outpatient setting and to support a busy Electrophysiology program
• Management of cardiac implantable devices including pacemakers, defibrillators and loop recorders in an outpatient setting
• Evaluation of patients pre and post intervention including patient education, clinical evaluation, medication management in the office and message triage
• Electrophysiology background preferred with experience providing comprehensive management of patients with arrhythmias, knowledge of anti-arrhythmic and anticoagulation drug therapy
Shift: Full Time -Exempt- 40 hours -Monday through Friday
Travel: Travel to Norwich, Branford, Wallingford

Qualifications:
Advanced Practitioner Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's Program
• Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant (PA-C), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult Geriatric Primary Care (AGPCNP) in the state of Connecticut
• Electrophysiology / Cardiac device experience preferred
