Qualifications

• 5-7 years of clinical experience, preferably in medical devices
• Strong understanding of ultrasound and SonoSite products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in customer relationship management
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams
• Reside in the Greater Toronto area for territory management

Responsibilities

• Understand customer clinical needs within the assigned territory
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to showcase products
• Provide ongoing support to ensure positive customer experience
• Manage client relationships post-sale
• Encourage adoption and effective use of products
• Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage
